I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I got was not as expected, dirty, and lacked the toiletries that were supposed to be provided. On the positive side, I found the staff very nice and helpful. However, the location had its drawbacks, being far from the city center and making safety a concern. The dining options were average. Facilities were in need of some repairs.
